Robert J. Pachence

Robert Pachence was previously Managing Director and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at PNC FIG Advisory, part of PNC Capital Markets, LLC.  He was responsible for providing M&A, capital markets, and balance sheet advisory services to banks, insurance companies and other middle market institutions.  Clients relied on him for economic forecasts, market insight, financial modeling, and overall strategic advice.  

Previously, Robert was Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Ambassador Financial Group, a FINRA registered investment banking firm which was acquired by PNC in April 2019.  At Ambassador, Robert oversaw the management and strategic direction of the firm.  In addition to his management role, Robert maintained a select client base for which he provided fixed income and balance sheet strategies, as well as investment banking and investor relations advice.  

Prior to co-founding Ambassador in 2006, Robert spent 10 years as a senior bank analyst with a registered broker/dealer in the community bank sector. He specialized in analyzing community banks’ financial statements for past performance, current position, and potential. He was responsible for advising senior management and boards of directors on specific strategies and tactics to enhance shareholder value.

Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Scranton.
