Gerard P. Yandoli, CPA

Gerard P. Yandoli, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, has over 33 years of service in financial management servicing organizations and clients that range from privately owned businesses through Fortune 500 Corporations. Mr. Yandoli’s career began in the New York Office of a “Big Eight” Accounting Firm serving clients as an auditor and in management advisory and taxation. He went on to hold vice president and management positions in corporate and product division finance, accounting, financial reporting and regulatory compliance at Paine Webber and Citigroup. His career also includes service as CFO / Director of Finance at an independent Public Improvement Authority. Mr. Yandoli was a founding partner of a Princeton CPA Firm building a client portfolio serving a diverse spectrum of corporations, small businesses, individuals, charities, and foundations, providing financial statement, tax, planning, regulatory compliance, and management and board of director advisory services.

Mr. Yandoli received his bachelors of science in accounting from New York University. He is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey and New York State Societies of Certified Public Accountants.
